Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: March 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Tripabooking. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity, and Tripabooking, concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any related booking services. By accessing the site and booking our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms.

2. Our Services & Role

Tripabooking acts as a travel agent. We arrange flights, luxury holidays, and accommodation on your behalf. When you make a booking through us, your contract will be with the principal supplier(s) of the travel arrangements (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). We are not responsible for the provision of the travel arrangements themselves, but we strive to select highly reputable suppliers to ensure the highest standard of your luxury experience.

3. Booking, Payments, and Pricing

  • Quotations: All prices and availability quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment is secured.
  • Payments: Full payment, or an agreed-upon deposit, is required to finalize your booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers via our secured payment gateways.
  • Pricing Errors: We endeavor to ensure all prices on our website are accurate. In the event of a widely recognized technical pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and issue a full refund.

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Because you are contracting directly with the travel suppliers, their cancellation and amendment policies will fundamentally apply to your booking.

Modifications by You: If you wish to change your travel arrangements, we will do our utmost to assist you. However, changes cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and supplier fees, plus a Tripabooking administrative fee.

Cancellations by You: If you must cancel, you must notify us in writing immediately. Your refund will be determined by the specific fare rules of your airline or the cancellation policy of your hotel provider. Some luxury packages or flight deals are strictly non-refundable.

5. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements

It is exclusively your responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa, and health requirements necessary for your journey safely. You must ensure you possess a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date. Tripabooking does not accept any responsibility if you are denied boarding or entry into any country due to an inability to present the correct documentation.

6. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend the immediate purchase of comprehensive travel insurance covering personal injury, medical expenses, repatriation, cancellation, and curtailment. This protects you in sudden unforeseen events surrounding your luxury holiday.

7. Limitation of Liability

As we act purely as an agent pairing you with travel suppliers, Tripabooking accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, or defaults of the suppliers (airlines, hoteliers). Our maximum liability in any case arising from our own negligence shall not exceed the total cost of your booking commission.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising out of your booking, are governed strictly by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties agree to submit exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
